It also wants to make you feel like shit and compare you to other countries and how there health benefits are to be a low animal consuming country.

Well as far as dieting goes are body distribute fat in different ways, some build in are legs, some arms, some tummies. So it’s kind of hard to say exactly what food can cause arm flabs. My Best trick for working under arm “batwings” is to sit 90 degrees on the floor bend the knees slightly as if you were going to do a crunch. put your arms behind you as ifwith palms flat and tips facing your feet.. you should be leaning back on your arms to the point where you would fall over if you don’t stabilize yourself, then keeping your abs tight (trying to push your belly button to the ground) then simply push your arms up and down. There is also then regular push up but I feel as if this is killing 2 birds with one stone, some abs and some arms

Sorry for being a super sayan ass and not posting anything in what.. like 2 months?

I got caught up in work and such that I honestly did not have anytime to put in my blog and I am really sorry <3

I am going to start this blog up again due to the fact that I didn’t know that some people were actually serious about this and need my help, I will be re-editing everything and try a 3 times a week posting

Again (god I think I have apologized like 923874923 times) for lack of updates I have just been busy working 3 jobs :/. And with all of this holiday happy horse shit I forget about things easily please allow me sometime to add on

So it’s holiday madness time, which means a lot of seeing friends and family but it also means eating out a lot more.

This is the hardest thing to try and avoid unhealthy empty poop calories, my mother and I eat out almost 4 days a week and when I wanted to start this weight loss nonsense I had to sit behind my computer for hours just looking at what some of the most popular places we eat out at had to offer.

First off, cut the fast food shit, I don’t care if they have salad there, have you ever looked at the lettuce? It’s not even green! The greener your vegetables are the BETTER derrrrr. So now more iceberg shit you should have a base of spinich and maybe a splash of romaine or italian for it hold the honor called a salad.

Okay for sit down food times~~~

The easiest thing to do when dieting is custimizing your food. I always feel like a big asshole when I have to practically speak shakespherien to him for what I want in my meal. To  make things simpler places where you start from the base and work you way up are the easiest way to go.

My favorite all time place to do this? CHIPOTLE HOW I LOVE THEE

This place is great for many many reasons, the food tastes great for one, but on top of it there food is organic which makes me a happy camper.

Now I am not saying everything at this place is healthy but you have the option of vegan and healthy. If your getting the classic chicken burrito with everything on it then your looking at a meal consistaning of 1,500 calories. It’s not even just what’s in teh burritosss but have you ever noticed the portion sizes of this place SHIT really the burritos are the size of my dog (His name is Chuy he is a lump of cuteness) but you should never EAT anything the size of a small dog, proportions are still important even when all you eat is rabbit food

Alright now I shall be breaking down Chipotle’s menu for you

Here is the ABSOLUTE SHIT LIST

Flour Tortilla - 290 calories (80 from fat EW), 9 grams of fat, 670 mg of sodium

Flour Taco Shell - 90 calores EACH (there are 3 of them derpface), 2.5 grams of fat EACH, 200 grams of sodium EACH

Cilantasomething-lime-rice(3 OZ)- 130 calores, 3 grams of fat, 150 mg of soduim

^ That dosn’t sound so bad right? Well always check your serving size thats ONLY 3 OUNCES that’s about a handful they at least triple that in your one burrito bowl.

Now this one almost made me shit my self

Tortillia Chips (4 OZ) - 570 CALORIES, 240 OF THAT FROM FAT, 27 GRAMS OF FAT AND 420 MG OF SODIUM. You know what the best part of that is? TRIPLE THAT!

Yeah that one bag of chips practically kicks your diet out the roof

Now if your actually following the diet you wouldn’t be eating any of these refine carbs am I right? If not get off WoW for 2 damn seconds and go re-read my rant about white carbs.

Now that’s not it for my shit list, even though yes the meat is indeed organic so all of you steak kings will rise up and try to tell me otherwise, but meat should be a NEVER all it does is add uneeded calories to your everyday diet and if you still order meat… well why the fuck are you dieting then?

Now I know I havn’t covered all the horrors of dairy but I am still putting them on my shit list

Sour Cream(2 OZ) - 120 calores (90 from fat), 10 grams of fat (and remember about there portion sizes, you practically triple all these calories I am saying)

Cheese(1 OZ)-  100 calores (80 from fat), 8.5 grams of fat

Vinaigrette dressing (2 oz)-  260 calores(220 from fat), 24.5 grams of fat, 700 mg of sodium

And you never thought that a vinaigrette dressing could do you no harm

So there you go, pretty much all the stuff people typically get

Now exactly what should you get at Chipotle?

Well the base should be a bowl or a salad (No dressing don’t even get it on the side so your not tempted)

NO rice (* apprantly the last time I went there they started offering brown rice, I have not heard much of it I am assuming it’s new for now I would avoid it you don’t want to pack to many carbs in one meal)

Black beans (Not pinto even though there realitivly the same in calores they are cooked and fried in bacon)

Ask for lots of peppers and onions you want those to be the base of your meal (Even though there swimming in oil that’s the price you pay for eating out.. really can’t a place just ever get my dry fucking veggies?)

All of the sauces are fine and suggest so you don’t have bland dish

and then GUACAMOLEEEE~ HOW I LOVE YOU

There you go so with all my powers combined I am 550 CALORIES

It seems high but you getting most of your calories from the beans and guac which are vegetables so it’s legit

Now I know it’s tempting to get those chips so you can have more texture to your food, what I do is bring a handful of my own organic multigrain chips from home to use saving you a lot of calories and sensless carbs.

Don’t ever feel bad about bringing in your own food to mix in with the stuff you get there.. I never had an issue before but if a food place is bitching about them stand your ground and tell them YOUR CALORIE CONTENT IS TO DAMN HIGH.

You think I was BS’ing this arsenic shit?

Arsenic has long been recognized as a poison and a contaminant in drinking water, but now concerns are growing about arsenic in foods, especially in fruit juices that are a mainstay for children.

Controversy over arsenic in apple juice made headlines as the school year began when Mehmet Oz, M.D., host of “The Dr. Oz Show,” told viewers that tests he’d commissioned found 10 of three dozen apple-juice samples with total arsenic levels exceeding 10 parts per billion (ppb). There’s no federal arsenic threshold for juice or most foods, though the limit for bottled and public water is 10 ppb. The Food and Drug Administration, trying to reassure consumers about the safety of apple juice, claimed that most arsenic in juices and other foods is of the organic type that is “essentially harmless.”

But an investigation by Consumer Reports shows otherwise. Our study, including tests of apple and grape juice, a scientific analysis of federal health data, a consumer poll, and interviews with doctors and other experts, finds the following:

  • Roughly 10 percent of our juice samples, from five brands, had total arsenic levels that exceeded federal drinking-water standards. Most of that arsenic was inorganic arsenic, a known carcinogen.
  • One in four samples had lead levels higher than the FDA’s bottled-water limit of 5 ppb. As with arsenic, no federal limit exists for lead in juice.
  • Apple and grape juice constitute a significant source of dietary exposure to arsenic, according to our analysis of federal health data from 2003 through 2008.
  • Children drink a lot of juice. Thirty-five percent of children 5 and younger drink juice in quantities exceeding pediatricians’ recommendations, our poll of parents shows.
  • Mounting scientific evidence suggests that chronic exposure to arsenic and lead even at levels below water standards can result in serious health problems.
  • Inorganic arsenic has been detected at disturbing levels in other foods, too, which suggests that more must be done to reduce overall dietary exposure.

Tainted brands include Minute Maid, Mott’s, Gerber, Welch’s, and Great Value (Walmart) among others. See results from tests on other apple and grape juice brands.

Our findings have prompted Consumers Union, the advocacy arm of Consumer Reports, to urge the FDA to set arsenic and lead standards for apple and grape juice. Our scientists believe that juice should at least meet the 5 ppb lead limit for bottled water. They recommend an even lower arsenic limit for juice: 3 ppb.

“People sometimes say, ‘If arsenic exposure is so bad, why don’t you see more people sick or dying from it?’ But the many diseases likely to be increased by exposure even at relatively low levels are so common already that its effects are overlooked simply because no one has looked carefully for the connection,” says Joshua Hamilton, Ph.D., a toxicologist specializing in arsenic research and the chief academic and scientific officer at the Marine Biological Laboratory in Woods Hole, Mass.

As our investigation found, when scientists and doctors do look, the connections they’ve found underscore the need to protect public health by reducing Americans’ exposure to this potent toxin.

Alright kiddies ~ it’s the part I hate doing the most, moving your ass around.

Time to put down the controller and GET REALLLL

Like I said before losing weight is 75% diet 25% working out. So those bros who spend 90% of there time in the gym are there just for show, it comes to point were your body will just shut down if you work out to much.

Now exactly what should you be focusing on? Well for an all over body weight reduction it should be cardio based. Walking, running, swimming, chasing dragons dosn’t matter as long as your getting your heart to beat faster and sweat a little. And ladies I know sweating sucks when you spend time on your hair but suck it up you want your body to look good right?

30 minutes of brisk walking should be your minimum try to shoot for at least 5 days a week. It really does help

Now why you shouldn’t focus to much on weight lifting and toning, well when you gain muscle, muscle takes your fat and converts it. So there for the more fat on your body the more muscle you will actually convert. There for your not actually losing weight just gaining muscle so you will yes look more toned but not actually slimming down

Oh there shall be toning don’t worry but I would put that more as a final boss then something you should be focusing on when you just start slimming down.

Remember how I said I hate working out~? Well I still do I don’t find that spiritual euphoric bullshit after working out. I a pretty much just want to lay down and die after a run. Do I still try and make the effort? Yes but don’t expect to eat like shit and work out a lot it won’t take you that far. Percentages byatchhh

Now I know what most of you are thinking how the fuck would she know what to do if she never works out? Well my parents were both body builders I have been surrounded by it my whole life. 

There are some little things that you can do on those days you can’t find the time to go on a walk. Such as I wear heels around to work out my legs. Park far away to force yourself to walk a bit, use the stairs lazy fucks~ Simple things really do help you burn of those extra calories. Bike to your nearest comic book shop. Hell when I get bored when closing at work I dance around to the shitty Christmas music. Get creative find your own ways but here is at least a start.

So no you don’t have to be a juicehead it’s unhealthy it’s just about moving your body a bit so it can do something with all them food babies.

Now once you start getting near your goal weight you should try mixing in some toning in with your cardio. Using small weights while you jog, some pilates, all of that shit is fantastic ~ You don’t need to bench press 600 pounds and grunt you look stupid doing it so don’t even bother.
